Plan the journey to the actual examination venue

A UAE country search does not promise a Dubai venue. Dubai’s RTA provides local transport information; it does not establish that an examination venue elsewhere in the UAE is on the same network. Once a school accepts, compare staying near its venue with repeated inter-city travel. Include arrival buffers, transfers and a backup journey rather than relying on straight-line distance.

Separate travel arrangements from registration

Use UAE Government visitor guidance to identify the requirements for your passport and circumstances. School acceptance and permission to enter or remain are separate questions. Residents should check document validity for the whole examination period; travelling candidates should plan the entire stay, not just the first paper.

Compare the complete timetable and budget

List every paper for each subject and level before booking accommodation. May and November are session names, not guaranteed local availability. Confirm examination language and local reporting time; the language used by the school office is not proof. Ask university admissions when it needs the official result. A convenient venue cannot fix a result that arrives too late.
